Garuda Pilates Classes

True Movement focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body. We have a great working relationship with Chiropractors, Active Release Therapists, and Physiotherapists, resulting in a growing clientele of post injury clients, several professional sports teams, as well as Olympic Athletes. Our clients receive the most beneficial, innovative knowledge to help them achieve a strong, pain free, open body. Regardless of age or fitness level, our studio is for everyone.

True Movement Studio

This workout focuses on strength, flexibility, and coordination. Based on Pilates, yoga, and dance, Garuda is the next evolution of exercise. Open to everyone- all fitness levels and backgrounds. Total Movement class is a combination of the best of Garuda Barre, Foam Roller, Brick, and Sling; each prop provides unique exercises, opportunities, and challenges. Class is limited to a maximum of 8 students to ensure individual feedback. All levels welcome. Registration recommended but drop in available by the class or in a 10 pack. Fall term starts the week of January 6 for 16 weeks.

1) Create a login and sign the liability waiver. 
2) Go to the Store- select one of the following "Total Movement" classes:

  • Your first class is free! (make sure to add to your cart)

  • Total Movement 8 or 16 week session ($20 a class)

  • Total Movement 10 class punch pass ($22 a class)

  • Total Movement Drop in class ($25 a class)

3) Go to calendar and select which Total Movement classes you would like to attend. Calendar offers flexibility in attending classes that suit your schedule week to week.
